- Although they were utilising a CRM, the system didn't do everything they needed
- Quoting, acceptance, provisioning and billing were all seperate manual processes
- Some items were missed off the bill. Some quotes didn't get provisioned. Some quotes simply got lost!
The Solution
- A custom solution built to let the staff manage leads, accounts, companies, assets and products from one place.
- The system hooked in to the API's of multiple thrid parties such as Zoho for their CRM, Xero for their billing, PRTG, Unify Controller and others
- Provided one dashboard for managing workflows and provsioning.
- Used existing functionality so their systems would still work without out solution, but with more automation and oversight.
- Provided aging-balance reports and outstanding tasks for items that needed looking at or completing
- Provided reports to give assurance that all orders were being paid, all deals were being provisioned and all provisioned assets were been billed for
